Step 1. When opening Google Earth in Chrome, check for the following warning in English: "Unfortunately Your Computer Does Not Support Webgl Graphics Acceleration; Google Earth Can not Be Loaded ";
Step 2. To resolve, you must enable hardware acceleration and enable WebGL in Chrome. First, open the main browser menu and access the settings;

Step 3. Scroll down the page and click "Advanced";

Step 4. Turn on the key next to "Use hardware acceleration when available";

Step 5. Type "chrome: // flags" into the address bar, hit Enter and click "Enable" on the first option. You should do the same for two more Chrome flags;

Step 6. Enter the address below and activate the "WebGL Draft Extensions" item:

Step 7. Finally, check "Enabled" in the following item:
