How to get Mirrorgems

Mirrorgems are stones used in a "gatcha" system to unlock weapons and new scams for the characters. You can get Mirrorgems in a variety of ways, but there are easier methods to accumulate them quickly, like the campaign's extra goals.

Secondary tasks appear in a three-crowned icon on the map of any mission in the main campaign. In this menu "Mission Clear Info" there are mini challenges to complete and give as bonus Mirrorgems. They are relatively easy to be fulfilled and you can get a good amount of extra gems. It is worth remembering that you do not need to complete them to complete the main chapters.

Make Mission Goals in Tales of the Rays

Another way to get gems is through mission rewards, which appear on the home screen of "The Bridge." They are of all kinds: normal, daily, event, and limited. Normals are permanent and unlocked as you progress through the campaign. The daily ones have time limits, but they are the easiest ones to do. Stay tuned for specials or events, as these last for a few days and have important bonuses.

But do not just stick to the parallel missions. During special weeks, you'll have access to additional story chapters with bonus items and Mirrorgems for participating players. Complete all the goals and extras you can get to receive weapons and items.

Complete the special missions

Tales of the Rays has a myriad of chapters and adventures. In some, the game offers bonuses so players can get items or experience faster. In the "Quests" menu complete the special quests to receive twice Gald, Experience, Animaorb and Crystal. They appear in the list with different colors and highlight your bonus in the pictures.

Make good use of automatic mode

As in other mobile RPGs, Tales of the Rays includes an automatic mode, which leaves the game itself in control of the character. "Auto Play" is very useful for those who want to gain experience or repeat missions that give money and special items. To use it, click and hold your finger on the screen until the icon is activated. This mode is available in both the main campaign and combat.

However, automatic mode should be used with caution, as your actions are limited. The character will choose the shortest path to complete the map and leave behind monsters and treasure chests. It is also not advisable to use it in boss fights or maps with many bonus chests because the artificial intelligence of the game is scarce.

Another way to use Auto Play in a useful way is when choosing your equipment. Before entering a mission, you can ask the game to select the best paraphernalia for your characters. If in doubt about what to use, leave it in the hands of the "Best Equip" option.

Choose the strongest player

You can bring an extra character to the missions. He is from another player and appears in a list before entering a chapter or quest. When choosing, always take the strongest. To see which one has the best potential, pay attention to the colors. Bonus players appear highlighted with green outline within the list.

Use the beginner discount

The "gatcha" system works like a draw. You spend a lot of gems and the game will draw one of the items from the list for you to receive. Since summoning is not cheap, the game offers little help to beginners. As you begin, use your beginner discount to make a 1x Summon. The normal price of this invocation is 200 gems, but the novice will pay only 100.

Do not forget to save your game.

A recurring problem with mobile games is the saves. As a partially online game, Tales of the Rays does not link your data to your mobile phone either; he needs to be connected to a Bandai Namco account or to Facebook. If it is not and you end up deleting or uninstalling the game by accident, you may lose all your data, Mirrorgems and characters unlocked.

To prevent this from happening, link your account to Facebook or create a Bandai Namco account through the application. Here's how to do it step by step:

Step 1. Open the Tales of the Rays and click on "Menu";

Click on the Tales of the Rays menu

Step 2. Click "Transfer Settings";

Settings "

Step 3. Now choose an account to connect your data and select "Assing".

By choosing Facebook, the game will ask you to enter your account information or just confirm it if you are already connected to the application on your phone. When you select the Bandai Namco account, it will also ask for your information if you already have an account, or open a form for you to create a new one.

If you need to change your device or uninstall, simply enter the same option and click on the account in which you connected your Tales of the Rays save. It will recover the entire game on the new device. However, while performing the transfer, be aware that the number of Mirrorgems in your account will be reset to zero. The gems that are stored in the Gift Box can still be redeemed after the transfer.
