Train all the characters

In Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2, the player can use characters other than the protagonist, either as a participant of the pair or leader of the team. The advantage of using additional members is in their passive abilities. Just like the protagonist, team members have a list of effects that get active in combat.

The characters learn skill that give bonus experience in Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2

Skills are purchased with "SP" points earned as the character climbs. The protagonist, for example, has an effect that increases by 30% the gain of experience after the fights. Megakin can be very useful in dialogue with monsters, as it increases the success of the "Trick" option by 10%. So train all the characters on your team so you can buy skills and make upgrades.

Add friends to get support

Friends do not just serve to increase the number on your list. In each chapter, you can select a support monster from one of your friends' team to fight alongside you. But unlike your monsters, the support will attack automatically when it's your turn.

If you have no one to send, do not worry. In the friends menu, the game itself brings suggestions from other users for you to add in the "Search" tab. The list contains basic information for other players, such as name, level, and the selected creature as support.

Dialogue may be the best solution

Be aware of the conversation bubble that appears in the midst of the fights. Do not miss a chance to get another ally for the team - even if it's a weak monster, use it as a material for mergers and trainings. As well as acquiring more monsters, you'll also avoid clashing with monsters, making combat quicker and easier.

The attempt to capture by dialog also works in automatic mode, but you will not be able to choose the options in time. Some monsters are harder to convince, but it is possible to increase your odds by giving items or a bit of life. Megakin's ability is also useful for cheating if you do not have the requested item.

Use automatic mode to earn XP

The best way to gain experience in the game is with Leveling Quest, using the "Auto Quest" button to repeat the quest as many times as necessary - or until your stamina runs out. The option can be set according to the preferences of each player and is perfect to leave the character training without making any effort.

Give leveling quest preference from the first chapter (Akihabara) in Hard mode, to get the most XP with less power.

Explore the weaknesses of enemies

When attacking the opponent's weakness, in addition to causing more damage will also receive an extra turn. Pay attention to the list of weaknesses and resistances of each opponent, on the direct side of the screen. And, on difficult missions, check the monsters on the Compedium before you begin to set up a team with attacks that take advantage of enemy creatures.
